This recipe is straight from the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, which is renowned for its cuisine and producing the best Brazilian dulce de leche. After living in the UK for 17 years, Paula realised she was not the only one missing the treat she grew up eating, so she decided to share it with the rest of us in June 2020.
These jars are handmade, and prepared by slowly heating milk and sugar. Dulce de leche goes with just about anything!
